hello hello hello! firstly, thank you in advance for whatever you end up giving me!

i made three requests on the sign up, but certainly, as long as my favs are in it, i don't really care! my fav hq!! babies are kageyama, kuroo, oikawa, and sugawara! i love pretty much any ship involving them... the more common ones, as well as slightly rarer ones like kageyama/oikawa and hinata/kenma and whatever else, so if you get really inspired to write something else i'll really love it!! (oikawa/sugawara is also a++) I ALSO LOVE AONE AND HINATA FOREVER.


request one:

my favorite ship at the moment is kuroo/tsukki! i really like all their interactions, especially in the training camp chapters, so anything involving that is great! i'd really like something where tsukishima is flustered with the attention that kuroo pays him. canon is good, but if you'd like to write or draw a really fun au, maybe where they're both camp counselors or something like that where they're forced to share the same space at the same hours, that would also be really amazing! i just really like their interactions, and i want more of them, and i think they're a lot of fun.

request two:

I'd really like some interesting friendship between kageyama and tsukishima. i think their inherent distrust and dislike of each other comes from their personal experiences, and i'd like to see them navigate that into the sort of trust kageyama wants to build with his team. i don't think they'll ever be nice to each other, but i think they will learn to trust each other. if you'd like to make it romantic, that's fine, but what i'm really interested in is them working together and overcoming personal prejudice and stuff like that. a really cute image of them standing back to back both looking disgruntled would be the cover of that story, haha! this could be canon or au, obviously, but a really fun au would be platonic soul bond or telepathy *cries*

request three:

kageyama and oikawa are fascinating to me, as individuals, so i find their dynamic really interesting! whatever you'd like to do with them interacting is great! i'm not too picky, just please keep them in character, which means they'll bite and scratch and chafe <3 i love them. i'd prefer canon for this pair, or an au that preserves both the age difference and maturity difference between them! 

the general stuff i always include:

I love both canon and aus, and I'm not sure I have a preference, as long as the team dynamics, competition, and learning to rely on people thing is still there-- you know, the stuff that makes sports anime sports anime. Shipping fic/art is great, and gen is also great. Not helpful, I know, but I really don't have a preference. I'm okay with any rating, from G to R18, but for fic: I don't particularly like fic that is all sex unless the story is porn-as-plot (the porn is being used to convey information about the characters or to lead to something new in the understanding between two characters.)

 

Genre-wise, I don't really enjoy angst unless it's resolved with a happy ending. I really hate character death, any kind of illness, and injuries that specifically prevent athletes from playing the sport they love. In general, I like happy fic ☆☆??!!! I'm kinda "?!?!;;;;" and I cry easily at broken dreams so please be kind to me bc I'm an ugly crier.

 

i'm super into sports (hockey) and boybands and murder mysteries, so if you're looking for aus...

 

Genderswapping: It's not something I am particularly interested in/seek out reading: as in, for example, a fic where Kageyama was born a cis-girl and the fic is a retelling of canon as if he were a cis-girl the whole time. (This is not speaking wrt trans headcanons or non-genderbinary identification, i'm much more interested in that-- for example, maybe Kageyama was born female but identifies as something else on the gender spectrum that matches his presenting as male in canon, or whatever else you'd like to play with/explore along these lines.) 

 

Favorite tropes of mine for fic include time-travel/redo/chance to fix a mistake/woke up in an alternate reality, "oh, we're dating? i hadn't noticed but now i want to kiss you and is that okay?", friends-to-lovers, denial-that-makes-sharing-a-bed-super-uncomfortable, "we should just be friends for the good of the team but i can't stop thinking about you", etc. Get-together fic and handholding art is my fav thing. Ever. And sloppy kisses. And fic about best friends being there for each other ;;;; I really like fic where one character's disadvantageous idiosyncrasies don't prevent them from making friends.
